By using Fotorra AI you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Fotorra AI edits photos you provide using AI, through ready-made templates or a prompt you write. Results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or exactly as expected.

Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Keep access to it safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Fotorra AI is not directed to children under 13.

Credits and purchases

• AI edits use credits. Credits can be bought as in-app purchases through Google Play Billing, or earned by watching optional rewarded ads.
• Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see or store your card details. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
• Credit amounts and prices may change. We may remove credits obtained through fraud, automation, modified apps or abuse, and suspend the accounts involved.

Your photos

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Photos that are illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or that show children in an inappropriate way are not allowed and may be rejected.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to process them only to create the edit you asked for. Uploaded photos are not stored permanently after processing and are not used to train AI models.

Your edited images

Edited images are saved on your device. You may use and share them for personal purposes. Do not use the app to create images that mislead, harass or impersonate real people.

Ads

Fotorra AI shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional, and credits are granted only after the ad network confirms the ad was watched.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, templates or the app at any time. We will try to give notice of major changes.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Termination

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
